Job Description : *PT Ejo Royoroyo Saklawase is an Indonesian-based SMEs F&B startup with various approaches to bring innovation in the culinary sector.Its mission is to bring healthy and affordable international food to Indonesian market with the MTO food concept, leveraging on tech-based “delivered to your door” strategy.This position is open for experienced candidates, Indonesian citizens only, with an opportunity to work remotely and regular meet-ups*REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of Digital Marketing experience for consumer businesses (B2C)At least possess Bachelor Degree from relevant fieldsHands-on knowledge of planning & buying digital media on self-serve platforms such as Adwords, Facebook, 3rd Party Networks, as well as utilising Google Analytics, AppsFlyer or other app analytics.Experienced with app user acquisition, app user retargeting; have great understanding about tracking and attribution logic and tech platforms.Have managed at least 3 full-time talents in a Digital Marketing team.Have proven track record of contributing to significant business and/or brand growth through digital marketing –driving new customer acquisition, improving customer retention, increasing sales, or growing market share.Proactive self-starter with strong analytical, communication and leadership skill.JOB DESCRIPTIONLead the Digital Marketing team to generate conversion in business processes, through optimisation of all digital assets & channels.Plan, setup and optimise digital campaign in 3 areas: brand, growth, and conversion.Manage external partners (e.g. Advertising Network, Programmatic vendors, etc) and media agencies, including regular evaluation of workflow and processes.Work closely with in-house creative content and brand team to conceptualise, develop, and test contents, campaigns, and creatives that drive relevant audience that converts to lead quality sales.Explore innovative ways to drive greater conversion through navigation of funnels and leads nurturing initiatives.Collaborate within a cross- team (IT, Sales, Finance, Back-office, etc) to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns are delivered on-time.Has knowledge and experience in developing and reviewing brand message in various formal channels of the brand such as social media, advertising, etcReport to the Chief Marketing OfficerPLUS POINTSHave worked in client-side teams at F&B based companyHave worked in top-tier Media Agencies serving leading clients in each industry/sectorHave worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.Have experience in the e-commerce (B2C and/or B2B) sector.Have experience for B2B-centric digital marketingExpected Start Date: 3/1/2022Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Rp17,000,000 – Rp25,000,000 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All our employees are fully vaccinated and we require our candidates to fulfill this requirement as well.
