Job Description : EQUANS are recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor to be based in Hatfield. This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.
To provide efficient management of mandatory training for P&C South contracts. Support the Learning and Development Manager to provide effective reporting schedules, supplying accurate data on time and offering continuous improvement opportunities. Quality assure all processes in line with business and legislative policies .
What will you deliver?
To support the L&D Manager to deliver the L&D objectives, in line with the business mission and purpose
Manage the delivery of the mandatory training cycle for specified contracts
Develop and support the delivery of customer service skills training
Manage the L&D reporting schedule and content
Manage the CITB grant claims and track all remittance
Keep abreast of internal policies, company accreditations, industry standards and H&S Legislative training requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally, develop a respectful relationship and advise on efficient processes
Maintain records on the company Learning Management System
Quality assure all processes and manage department audits
Attend and lead on standardisation meetings internally
Attend external conferences and seminars as appropriate
Manage ad-hoc projects, as and when required
Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information in line with GDPR requirements
Any other reasonable management requests

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in the delivery and administration of the mandatory training cycle
Knowledge of H&S Mandatory Training and Compliance requirements
Experience of using CITB Accredited Training Organisation systems and processes
Strong administration skills and able to prioritise workload
Experience of using a Learning Management System
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
Good presentation skills
Can do attitude and able to use initiative
Ability to competently operate Office 365 and Microsoft packages
