Job Description : Accountable for creating a clear plan for the ongoing growth of the loyalty program and driving active engagement (Across App, In Store and Online)
Work with the Snr CRM Manager, develop and implement new digital marketing communication vehicles to drive member understanding of the Loyalty Programme (benefits and redemption)
Responsible for ensuring in store colleagues have all the resources available to them to assist with the communication and promotion of the loyalty programme
Project management of various new Loyalty initiatives as they develop to enhance the offerings and support of the loyalty program
Manage daily interaction with loyalty vendors
Work with the app development agency on regular bug fixes
Works closely with the Benefit customer care team on customer issues and troubleshooting
Develops recommendations for benefits and establishes procedures for implementation, internal and external communication, and tracking
Loyalty Weekly and Monthly reporting
Develop and manage the customer communication strategy and plan for the Loyalty Programme
Design and deliver acquisition, engagement, repeat and retention campaigns that are data driven, segment focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns across multiple points of sale
Required Skills:
Stakeholder management and ability to manage external agencies
Strong business acumen with emphasis on financial analysis and innovative development of solutions/action plans to minimize risks and take advantage of opportunities
Strong time and project management skills required to consistently meet deadlines and ensure preparedness for launch or implementation initiatives
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative consumer insights into clear and compelling offers
Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups, and experience making presentations to senior stakeholders when needed
