Job Description : Management AccountantFull-time, based in Preston (hybrid working available)Salary £35,000 to £38,000 per annum (37 hours per week)*What will you be doing in this role?*As Management Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of our friendly Finance Team, managing a small management accounts team and reporting to the Finance Manager. As well as producing monthly management accounts, you will support budget holders across the organisation to ensure value for money by providing meaningful analysis and financial information. You will lead on system improvements and implementations to ensure a high quality of output data and reporting.Why are you the best person for us?The main things: Have amazing organisational skills and a passion for getting things right.You’ll be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.You’ll be able to analyse data and think critically.You will have excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages.You may have worked in a similar role, or in an Assistant Accountant role and are looking for the next step.You will be part-qualified or newly qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)*It would nice if you also had: *Experience of managing a small team.Experience of playing a role in system implementation.The perks: We aim to make our employee experience second to none and our benefits package reflects how we much we value our colleagues.
