Job Description : Counted recruitment are currently recruiting a Management Accountant for a great technology business based in Wolverhampton. The role will see you play a crucial part in a large finance team.
Main duties of this Management Accountant role include:
Responsible for monthly management accounts preparations
Ensure monthly transactions are an accurate representation of monthly costs
Responsible for ensuring team targets and reporting deadlines are met
Prepare detailed variance analysis of the financial results of the business
Play a key role in the monthly Group reporting process
Support the budget process, liaison and provision of information with budget holders
Responsible for reviewing commercial performance
Identify and measure key success drivers
Location / Office / Hours
The business are on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, easily commutable with parking. The company works a hybrid structure of 3 days in the office and 2 days a week from home.
Culture, Ownership and Industry
Private equity backed, this business is a large £100m+ technology business, with a finance team of around fifteen. The business has been constantly growing over the last few years and are now looking to add a new accountant who will grow with them.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a real blend of management accounting meanwhile being able to help assist the wider accounting team. The role is very varied and holds an opportunity to have a genuine commercial impact with a growing company. This role is ideal for an ACCA/CIMA studier.
