Job Description : Casa Hotel is the highest AA rated 4-star hotel in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Our sister hotel is the award winning 4-star PEAK EDGE HOTEL, a luxury boutique hotel nestled on the edge of Derbyshire’s Peak District National Park located 10 minutes’ drive from Chesterfield Town Centre. Both hotels are owned by Global Brands Ltd which is the leading independent and privately owned drinks brand development business, which creates, markets and distributes a broad portfolio of well-known beverages across the ‘on trade’ and ‘off trade’ channels. Our product portfolio includes our award-winning Franklin & Sons premium soft drinks and craft mixer range, well-loved brands such as VK, HOOCH, All Shook Up, Shake Baby Shake, premium spirits and beer. Their Head Office is based within CASA Hotel.

We are augmenting our Management Accounting team and are now looking for a candidate with Management Accounts experience to join us.

SAGE accounting familiarity would be essential. This great role might suit a candidate looking to take the next step in their accounting career, and we would support their further career development with professional training if desired.

Responsibilities in the role would be:

Maintaining fixed asset register and preparing depreciation journals
Posting accruals and prepayments
Maintenance of sales reporting system and running reports with the completion sent to company directors
Sales and marketing analysis
General overhead analysis
To produce sales forecasting reporting
Maintenance of monthly control accounts

Experience and Skills:

Knowledge and understanding of management accounts
Strong communication skills
Experience of Sage is essential
Committed, self motivated and highly organised individual
AAT qualified or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or have equivalent accounting experience

Initial interviews will be undertaken via video software.
