A fast growing business in Newbury are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to work across business units and support the Finance function.
The role
This is a hands on role where you will take responsibility for the production of the UK management accounts for the business, duties will include;
Production of the monthly management accounts pack
Monthly and quarterly reporting
Variance analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations
Profit and Loss
Working with the Head of Finance, FC and CFO and supporting other areas of the business to become the “go to” person for management accounts and queries
What you will need to be successful
Ideally a qualified accountant you will need to demonstrate experience within Management Accounts. You will need to be working or have recently worked in an SME business with high volumes and so have a very good understanding of this type of environment. Diligent, accurate and with good communication skills the role requires someone who is able to think of solutions and be proactive in their approach.
