About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team! As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all the legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures.
Professionalism and high ethical standard are expected for this position. You also must be result driven and always keep in mind company’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise control systems
Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines
Evaluate the efficiency of controls
Identify risks or non-conformity issues
Desing, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies
Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with HR department
Improve current strategies if necessary
Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically
Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues
Identify compliance issues and necessary training
Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Enterprising leader with a strong record of contributions that conceptualized, implemented & streamlined finance & accounts policies, procedures & operations, invigorated businesses and heightened productivity for internal controls
Expertise in conducting financial analysis, creating Business & Financial Model, preparing MIS reports & implementing systems for operational effectiveness, profit analysis & working capital management
Hands-on experience in finance & accounts activities encompassing preparation to verification, consolidation & finalization of accounts, scrutiny of general ledger, intercompany reconciliation & settlement of payments with all stakeholders (internal & external)
Proven skills to evaluate complex, multi-dimensional situations & risk characteristics and achieve profit & business growth objectives within rapid change environment
Directed cross-functional & cultural teams using interactive & motivational leadership; acknowledged for leading, coaching & mentoring team members to achieve resource wise productivity
A forward thinking person with strong communication, analytical & organizational skills; well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation & creativity to achieve corporate goals
