The Opportunity:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to engage with our customers (merchants and users)

to ensure a smooth sales and gratification experience. The job will require various duties including

providing support to the sales, marketing, product and operations team in pre-sales activities,

interacting with existing customers for redressal and insights as well as prospecting activities for

new customers.

This is a high impact sales and support role, and you would be reporting directly to Playo’s senior

management in this position.
Responsibilities:
Converting leads into pre-sales business pipeline via outbound calling to prospective customers
Giving an online demo of our product offerings to prospective qualified customers internationally
Managing a team of customer support associates and handling escalations including addressing
and resolving customer queries via CRM/email/calls where required
Monitoring key metrics and quality of service with respect to the CRM function
Follow up internally and externally to ensure follow-ups and resolutions wherever necessary
Categorize and summarize customer concerns and conduct in-depth surveys to help draw
inferences/analysis as a feedback tool for product improvement and feature enhancement
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above
2-3 years of experience in a customer redressal and/or inside sales role.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Proficient in basic computer skills including internet, email, Google Drive, Microsoft Word/Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside customers
