Job Summary
Assists Card Services in the design, development and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of automation tools, platforms and tools. This role implements best practices in coding/development of email campaigns including Ad-hoc and Lifecycle campaigns, delivering long-term solutions for email production efficiency and accuracy, provide solutions for fellow Marketing Delivery team members, as well as, create advanced email campaigns. You may also have an opportunity to drive Account Centers Web application and web-based applications.

Essential Job Functions
M arketing Delivery – M anag es the Marketing automation programs in Harmony/Adobe Campaign/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email campaign execution, including data mapping, campaign setup and execution, and reporting on performance to stakeholders and internal teams. Perform s PSD to HTML conversions using Adobe Photoshop & Taxi for Email, upload content areas, business rules and links in Third-party email service provider systems ( e.g. Harmony, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign) for delivery to the selected audience base. Set up audience by segmentation for Adhoc Campaigns and include sequencing for Trigger / Recurring Campaigns . Perform s audits, link checks, and track approvals of proofs and final counts through the approval process, making any corrections / change requests as needed.
COLLABORATION – Work s collaboratively with Audience selection, Marketing Management, Client Partnership and marketing performance team s to proactively track, monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance on a regular basis.
QUALITY ASSURANCE – Plan s , Monitor s and Control s execution of e mail build and delivery along with fellow team members. Ensure adherence to quality standards . Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requi rements : Normal office environment . Some travel may be required .

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Information Technology & Services, Marketing & Advertising
Two to five years of e xperience using Epsilon’s Harmony, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign and similar tools a plus. Basic knowledge in HTML & CSS. U nderstanding of creative building tools such as Taxi for Email , Dreamweaver & Photoshop . Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
