Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Executive Executive Responsibilities:
As a Marketing executive executive, you will be responsible for driving and tracking of all marketing and new product development projects, establishing best practice in the process and communication with stakeholders on projects status and issues. As part of our dynamic start-up, you will be working closely with a cross-functional team.
What you will be doing:
Leading and executing actionable marketing plans in collaboration with Sales, Product and Clinic operation teams
Building and monitoring brand awareness through online and offline routes, such as website, social media, App store optimization, and Public Relations, including copywriting
Developing the right website information, and marketing collaterals, such as Newsletters, blog articles, brochures, and video scripts
Supporting sales and operation team in the lead generation and user experience optimization efforts, such as onsite health screening or other event execution, roadshows, tradeshows, medical congresses, or webinars
Identifying and building partnerships with the relevant healthcare players and vendors
Monitoring the success of marketing campaigns through metrics and reporting to ensure that key performance indicators are met
Being responsible for the day-to-day marketing and product communications to consumer and relevant internal stakeholder, such as Sales or Clinic operation team, ensuring the brand is being communicated in a consistent manner
As and when needed, you will be required to work together with the operation team in the clinic or other onsite events
Marketing Executive/Senior Executive requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Proven ability to manage budgets
Professional and proactive work ethic
Competency in software applications required for the role, such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, or other online applications
>3 years of experience in marketing activities in the healthcare industry
Comfortable working with start-up environment
