Job Description : Get to know the role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing to organize and oversee the local and coordinate with the global market functions of our Mart verticals. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing to ensure that our business is well-coordinated by developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the country’s Mart verticals in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various market verticals, the competitive threats within each vertical and an understanding of the customer value streams within those verticals.
Key Scope responsibilities :
[Mart Campaign Planning & GTM ] -> Develop Quarterly to Semester Consumer Campaigns
[Lead Mart Marketing Campaign GTM] -> Lead go-to-market strategy across different channels.
[Drive User Acquisition & Retention ] -> Drive MAU Growth to support GrabMart business growth
Day to day activities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Support and manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve the target of growing new consumers base and maintaining consumers’ loyalty
Establish and execute the go-to-market strategy for mass consumer acquisition across different social media channels at various phases of the consumer decision journey
Supervise the preparation, issuance and delivery of marketing materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
Monitor campaign against KPI’s and be fully aware of trends and analytics, as well as the ability to adapt to achieve target
They must have :
Minimum 5 years work experience for e-commerce companies with GTM, consumer acquisition, and social media campaigns and outreach
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University
Experience with online digital sales channels and on-demand marketplace models preferred
Strong people and stakeholder management experience
Strong ability to use and analyze data to inform decisions
Willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities and ownership including the ability to project manage multiple tasks or experiments and provide relevant reporting
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex and ambiguous environments.
Structured thought process and a strong analytical ability, and experience with operational execution
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively network within industry and Grab functions
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a fast growing tech company. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
