Job Description : BirdEye is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join our integrated Revenue Operations unit and play a key role in helping the company strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. The candidate will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration to facilitate data excellence, drive marketing insights and reporting, help manage the marketing tech stack, and act as an integral member of the global Revenue Operations unit to execute various initiatives. The position is currently remote but will be based in our Gurugram office when it reopens, although hybrid models can be considered in the future.Responsibilities: Drive marketing analytics utilizing an integrated marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and a CRM platform (Salesforce).Partner with Sales Operations to ensure a seamless lead-to-contact/opportunity interface and collaborate to drive reporting across the full lead-deal lifecycleUnderstand the demand generation framework and be a trusted partner to the marketing team, providing data-driven insights to help marketing initiatives.Develop robust marketing KPIs and scorecards for performance monitoring of various campaignsEnsure seamless integration between the various platforms and channels for end-to-end campaign execution, comprehensive reporting of campaign effectiveness across the pipelineMaintain a clean opt-in database (integrated between Hubspot and Salesforce) for better segmentation, lead management, and campaign executionEstablish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in managing marketing systems, which provide great value to our marketersAutomate manual processes enabling a frictionless and fast marketing executionMaintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the current and emerging strategies, trends, and techniquesRequirementsBachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably with SaaS / Technology firmsHigh proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, combined with the ability to glean insights from data and present them in MS PPT and Google slidesMust have good knowledge of marketing operations function, Lead, and funnel management and a good understanding of marketing reporting and marketing KPIsExperience working with marketing automation tools like Hubspot is mandatory. Hands-on knowledge of other mar-tech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Demandbase, and Drift experience will be a plus).
