Job Description : Slintel is a GTM intelligence platform that helps sales and marketing teams identify and prospect high intent buyers in their market. We use AI to help GTM teams predict who is most likely to buy their product/service.

The marketing operations team at Slintel is expanding – We are looking for someone who can help build, measure, and optimize our marketing programs. If you believe in the data-driven approach and have an analytical mind, you need to join the RevTech revolution!

On the job, you will:

Manage and optimize the technology stack used by the marketing teams
Monitor and maintain data quality within the core systems while optimizing data flowing downstream into secondary systems
Collaborate with members of GTM teams to understand, suggest, set up, and optimize automation workflows
Lead automation efforts to set up best-in-class user journeys in the form of email campaigns, chatflows, forms, and nurture programs
Be a “pro” at campaign management by enabling tracking and measurement of campaigns run by different marketing verticals
Help build and manage the ABX strategy while working closely with Sales leaders
Own the quality control process of email campaigns and maintain a email calendar while collaborating with stakeholders
Help set up and enable processes for the marketing team to improve efficiency and drive impact on end goals
Work closely with various stakeholders on the GTM teams to monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company’s goals

You should consider yourself a great fit for the role if you have/are:

2+ years experience working in the marketing operations function
Well-versed and comfortable working with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Drift, Google analytics, and Google tag manager
Any prior experience working with 6sense or other ABM platform is a huge plus (of course!)
In-depth understanding of the B2B buyer journey and ways to impact it
Ready to impact the marketing-generated pipeline while supporting various marketing functions
Strong analytical skills with an organized approach to project management
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
