What it is

An 18-month program that educates, inspires personal growth, and builds professional confidence to create a Priceless career with Mastercard. Launch will include development opportunities such as:

Professional skills learning
Business-driven rotations or experiences
Networking and career conversations
A capstone final project

You will have the opportunity to work with your peers on various business projects which aim to provide enhanced work experience outside of your day-to-day role.

What you’ll do

The role will take you through rotations within the International Markets business unit at Mastercard. The team works on providing an end-to-end omni-channel payment gateway solution for merchants, payment facilitators and acquiring banks. The scope of your role will require you to carry out analysis on consumer behavior at the front-end during product use. Basis the learnings from these analyses you will be required to create best practices for merchants on improving the payment processes, support with enhancing the product design and work on creating an overall positive impact on the consumer experience. You will drive the exploration of new opportunity spaces & commercialization models partnering with cross-functional teams to explore the viability new solutions

All about you:

Education:

Graduating class of 2022 (should have graduated and ready to start by September 2022)

Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT with a minimum predicted classification of a UK 2.1 or equivalent GPA of 3.0

What you’ll need:

The role requires someone with both an astute business acumen and a strong digital awareness. You need to be keen on learning about the emerging trends within the mobile app/web online payment space and have an overall understanding of the e-commerce journey within payment processing
Technical background (e.g., Computer Science or related field) a plus
The role requires the individual to have strong research and analytical capabilities to be able to gather and analyze collected data
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Languages: English to professional standard
