The Team
The ENTERTAINER Business Team’s mission is to help our B2B clients deliver the best engagement solutions for their customers and staff while establishing the ENTERTAINER business as a leader in the rewards and loyalty industry. The merchants Relations Executive will be responsible for onboarding merchants that are relevant to our B2B clients’ segments
The Merchants Relations Executive will…
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new merchants.
Engage with merchants that have been sourced and introduced by the client for incorporation within the client programme offering, where necessary refining the offers to suit the platform mechanics
Manage various offer types and negotiate with merchants to ensure that offers can be executed within the ENTERTAINER app platform while retaining significant value for both merchant and client customers.
Use our Global CRM system (Salesforce) to update relevant merchant information.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries from merchants.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to management.
Attend and present at external customer meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Handle merchant concerns, queries and complaints.
Prepare a variety of status reports.
Communicate new products and services, special developments, information or feedback to customer base.
Support vertical and geographical B2B sales teams on merchant/offer strategies, best practices and insights.

Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Experience required
2-3 years minimum experience within the sales field preferably within the financial services, publishing, F&B, retail, FMCG or media industries
Strong network of contacts within UAE market with other markets an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-volume diverse offer-type programmes such as bank credit card benefits, loyalty programmes etc.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Work, Power Point
Strong communication skills in English, with Arabic an advantage.
Must have a car and be willing and able to travel as and when needed
