What you will be responsible for
Responsible for creation of metrics and reporting
Design, create and manage accurate and timely reporting on a regular basis
Actively analyze data points to plot past trends, forecast future trends and identify areas of improvements
Data & Analysis, Develop & maintain scorecards, KPI, Metrics and reporting, data analysis, project management
Collect, analyze, package and communicate date at various levels for use by stakeholders
Experience in developing Management Dashboards & Metrics for Internal Consumption
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Liaise with the functional/departmental managers to develop reporting requirements
Deliver tailored reporting solutions that minimize workload and drive better service delivery
Manage all aspects of system-based reporting, delivering easy-to-use tailored reports that will minimize effort and facilitate informed decision-making
Support the delivery of the MI Strategy including migration of reporting from Excel to MS Tableau or other advanced reporting system
Ensure the timely and accurate generation of all reporting, providing consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases, and manage the various reporting tools
Deliver effective reporting to all business areas to meet all reporting requirements
Deliver improvements to reporting through automation and standardization of reporting processes
Proactively engage with functional/departmental managers to drive new MI requirement
Maintain documentation for changes/enhancements to reports
Manage and own the reporting process to identify the needs, document requirements and obtain sign off from stakeholders
Full responsibility for developing and maintaining new standardized metric reporting on a routine basis
Education & Preferred Qualifications
7+ years’ Financial Services experience creating MIS and Executive Dashboard.
2 – 3 years driving projects, or equivalent experience in Executive reporting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in data models and reporting packages (Tableau, IBI, Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc) will be preferred
Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work effectively with executive management
Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple teams to reach common goals
Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
