Role Summary
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will partner with internal and external teams to design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Microsoft 365 Tenant for a company spanning 30 plus locations in 16 plus countries.

Responsibilities
Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Microsoft 365 Tenant
Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 and related core technologies
Provide input and recommendations on areas of service improvement both from a technical point of view, but also from a process perspective.
Take part in projects as a subject matter expert
Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and make recommendations around resolution.
Reporting and KPI statistics gathering
Key Competencies, skills, and personal attributes
Exchange: Must have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 within large complex environments.
Microsoft 365: SME for Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Teams, and other Microsoft 365 workloads
Active Directory: Must have real-world experience helping to manage and maintain AD, GPO’s etc.
Azure: Should have experience with Azure AD, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access.
Security: Good Understanding of email security concepts (all forms of malware, DKIM/DMARC/SPF, etc.)
Experience scripting in PowerShell
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, project management skills.
