WEB APPLICATION Developer

In this role, you will work on software development and support for the company’s business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle
Supports and assist other developers in developing codes, tests and debugs of software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.

We will count on you to:
Translate Business Requirements into application code
Document the application specifications
Work on in-house applications builds using Micro Frameworks
Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
What you need to have:
At least 8 years of experience in IT as a software developer
Experience in developing RESTful APIs
Excellent knowledge in Python
Python based Web Frameworks preferably FAST or Flask
Ability to work with Oracle Database (preferably using ORM) and SQL
SCM tools – GitHub, JIRA
Experience in working with huge volume of transactional data and produce scalable solutions without performance issues
Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices
Experience in various project methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum and Agile)
Nice to have:
Expertise in other programming languages e.g. Java, C#
Knowledge in different Web Frameworks developments
Familiarity with NoSQL databases
Hands on experience with APIGEE
