Job Description : You are-
A smart and passionate motion graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio. You’re passionate about animation storytelling and creating a visually cohesive and well-designed experience. You’re comfortable asking questions, interested in the Ed-tech space, and looking to create user-centred experiences.
You will-
Work closely with the creative team, key stakeholders and the marketing teams to understand the requirements of the brief/campaign, develop concepts, iterate quickly, and ship designs across digital platforms.
Design creatives using graphics, animations, video/film footage, stock imagery and photography.
Organise and ensure delivery of projects from pre-production through post-production.
You have-
1 to 2 years of professional experience in motion design (or relevant experience).
Strong portfolio of motion design, explainer videos, GIFs, character animation etc.
Good understanding of animation timing and key-frames.
Proficiency in After Effects with problem-solving abilities.
Strong visual design skills (type, colour, layout).
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Audition.
Basic knowledge of sound design and music editing.
Ability to rapidly visualise and iterate design solutions in a shared environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:

Good illustration skills.
Interest in music, cinema and popular culture.
Multi-disciplinary, always-learning mindset.
Experience in working in a collaborative team.
Knowledge of 3D modelling, rigging and animation.
