Our Client:

With a Director who already has a proven track record in launching highly successful App’s (one valued at over $400m), our client, referred to as the ‘Linkedin for property’ is a free service, evolving the way people approach buying and selling real estate.

The Role:

As a pivotal role within this business, you will be responsible for utilizing your business development skills and real estate knowledge to undertake the following key responsibilities:
Hit the phones, to further educate clients (real estate businesses) on the advantages of being on this free platform, and sign them up
Coordinate the onboarding team and ensure seamless customer delivery
Proactive sourcing of opportunities nationally through franchises, networks and events
Direct team to produce marketing collateral, communications and content
Become an ‘influencer’ on social media and via blogs
Proactively identify areas for continuous innovation and improvement
Build relationships with peers both internal and external to the organisation
Requirements
2+ years working in the Real Estate industry in Australia (Real Estate agency, or selling B2B into the industry already)
Demonstrated success in a business development / sales-based role
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable and hungry to achieve targets
