Job Description : Who are we looking for?
A Developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in finance and Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in SharePoint (On Premise) and Dot Net – Total 3 to 5 years of experience
Technical Skills:
· 3-4 years of experience in SharePoint 2013 (On Premise) development.
· Good experience in customization using C# (Visual Web parts, Application pages) & jQuery
· Good experience in ASP.Net C# (State Management, ADO.Net)
· Experience in Angular JS would be an advantage.
· Experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & jQuery preferred.
· Good understanding of software application lifecycle and OOPs.
· Ability to inspect and debug code builds which are written in various languages like C# & JavaScript
· Ability to troubleshoot Production/UAT issues with Share Point logs/DB logs/Event Viewer.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to discern audience and communicate effectively
· Ability to collaboratively develop new solutions with vendors
· Deep design skills
· Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
· Working knowledge of IT product strategies and architecture, including external trends
Process Skills:
· Good troubleshooting skills for performance and security related issues
· Should have good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
· Should be a self-starter and should have good Analytical and Problem solving / Troubleshooting skills.
· Should be able to interact and coordinate with business users and client IT Managers
· Experience in team management activities (task assignment, code review, document review etc.)
· Experience in Agile and DevOps would be added advantage
Behavioral Skills :
· Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree.
Certification:
· .Net or SharePoint Certification if any
