The Network Services team is responsible for the implementation of network services and technologies to meet our client and enterprise requirements. Primary objective is to respond to network change requests and identify optimal networking and communications solutions, that provide accurate resolution for the enterprise and clients to successfully maintain and grow business and client operations.
What you’ll do:
Manage minor related network issues across shifts (24×7).
Handling decommissions and other requests per Standard Operational Procedures
Installation of expired certificates on Load Balancers/VIPs
Troubleshoot failures and determine best course of action.
Change management process, implementation and validation
Daily interaction with internal teams to understand network requirements and prepare network changes for implementation.
Maintaining/Creating Documentation
Participate in problem management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), issue prioritization, minor enhancements, break fix activities.
Participate in network code/firmware upgrades across all network technologies
Regular interaction with telecom providers, equipment suppliers and 3rd party network vendors, to engage their technical resources to perform tasks.
Identify and implement automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
4 Year bachelor’s degree in engineering
Good communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge in OSI Model functions & IP addressing.
Good understanding on roles of network devices like Routers, Switches, Firewall and Load Balancers
Knowledge of basic scripting (Python/Ansible).
Knowledge of Datacenter and Networking concepts.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office & understanding on Excel and PowerPoint.
Readiness to work in 24×7 Shifts.
