About the Role
As a New Business Sales Developer you will work closely with a supportive team of lead generation experts tasked with supplying warm leads for you to contact. You will also be required to generate your own additional leads through cold calling. You will speak with key decision makers at care & health organisations and through a consultative approach identify their workforce development needs and provide a solution to meet these. This will be done through phone calls and online demonstrations of our Myrus cloud-based platform that is fully developed in-house. You will negotiate contracts and close deals. With an uncapped commission structure, you will earn commission on every sale that you close.
Not only will you be selling a service that really makes a difference you will be working for a forward-thinking company that looks to promote from within and offers the opportunity for progression and development.
A proven track record in new Business Development is a must for this role. A background of selling online training solutions is ideal but not essential, however previous experience of selling a service would be required.
As part of the role you may be required to visit care homes. Under Government regulations, those visiting care homes in a professional capacity are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or exempt).

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm
Salary – £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE)
Uncapped Commission – £45,000+
The MUST HAVE Skills
Previous new Business Development experience (Minimum 3 years)
Experience of selling a service, ideally with a background of selling Online Training Solutions
Previous experience of using CRM platforms (Ideally Salesforce or FreshSales)
Results driven with a proven track record
Excellent communication and listening skills.
The ability to build relationships and enjoy working with customers.
