We are a part of a small group of four nurseries working within Family Hubs across Worcestershire.We are looking for someone: -Who has at least two years experience of working in a nursery managers role.Who has a sound knowledge of Ofsted Welfare Requirements, Safeguarding requirements, EYFS and Code of Practice.Who has high expectations and standards, has the ability to maintain a professional approach, communicate effectively, be supportive, approachable and respectful to both our practitioners and service users.Who is motivational and has a positive attitude.And finally you must be flexible to meet the needs of our setting.Purpose Of The Role- The overall purpose of the role is to effectively manage the day to day responsibility of the nursery delivering the highest standards of education and care, providing professional leadership and management to our established team of practitioners.The position is all year, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
