Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION – NURSING TRAINERJOB SUMMARYNursing Trainer teach patient care in classroom and laboratory settings to nursing attendant course students. The responsibilities include lecturing, teaching seminars, and planning assignments and or assessments.QUALIFICATIONS· BSC (Nursing)/GNM from approved Nursing Colleges· Minimum Two (2) years’ experience in teaching on Nursing and Nursing related courses are preferred.· Good communication skillRESPONSIBILITIES· Training and conducting Nursing Attendant Course· Reviewing training notes· Assisting with creation of training decks for HHA nurses· Recruit, train and monitor Caregivers reporting to her· Participates in and presents in-service programs.· Supervises and teaches other nursing personnel.· Planning assignments and assessments.· Repot building with candidates and their guardians and update the progress periodically.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceSalary: ₹11,472.00 – ₹31,756.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceFlexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 06/03/2022
