Job Description
This position reports to FairPrice’s Offline to Online (O2O) Adoption Lead. The Adoption team focuses on creating and executing initiatives that increase the usage of the FairPrice app’s O2O features, by working with diverse groups of internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Adoption Executive will:

Act as a customer experience advocate to proactively identify areas of improvement throughout the O2O customer journey and to develop solutions that can improve the customer experience and satisfaction levels
Design communications and content for internal and external audiences to increase awareness and engagement levels of O2O campaigns and features
Share content through a range of channels (presentations, webinars, social media videos)
Support internal stakeholders through consistent engagement to hit growth milestones
Support with executing external partnership initiatives to achieve shared objectives
Plan and execute engagement initiatives of key customer segments to increase app usage and get feedback
Collaborate with diverse groups of internal teams across the entire organization to execute O2O initiatives
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Marketing or Communications)
1-3 years of working experience in a marketing, design, communications role is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient with copywriting, videography and graphic design
Comfortable with speaking in front of a camera
Experience with Photoshop and Figma would be advantageous
Good understanding of the retail customer journey and is able to identify areas of improvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work well with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong interest and knowledgeable in digital transformation trends, products, and services
Meticulous, detailed-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task well
Possess a growth mindset and is ready to embrace changes when required
