This role will be a key member of the Occupational Therapy national leadership team and will also be a key driver in the growth and expansion of our team in Canberra.
ORS employs a team of over 60 Occupational Therapists nationally and a total multi-disciplinary workforce of 500 staff. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your leadership skills in a friendly, well supported national team and an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
We support people with various diagnoses and disability types across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Day to day management & leadership of your team
Driving performance & productivity for your team
Manage the training and development of your team whilst working with the team leaders to ensure all employees are achieving their goals
Develop business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers
Work with our HR team to manage recruitment for your region
Continually look for process improvements in the business

Are an Occupational Therapy professional with people management experience
Have experience working within the NDIS at a Senior level (preferred)
Have strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
