Job Description : Must have 3 year’s+ Experience in as Python/Odoo DeveloperThis position is very strategic for the company’s goal & future plans. The candidate hired for this position will be playing a key role in the growth of the organization.Required Skills & experience: 1. Strong experience in development & implementation of Full Life Cycle of ERP Development & implementation.2. Strong experience in the development of customized modules in Open ERP/Odoo.3. Strong experience in the development of connector modules for Open ERP/Odoo for integration with third-party tools.4. Strong experience in developing customized reports in Odoo.5. Implementing JS-related features in Odoo.6. Strong PostgreSQL, Ubuntu Server knowledge.7. Worked on product design and development.8. Strong experience in Python development.9. Strong object-oriented concepts.10. Good understanding of back-end and front-end of all ODOO Modules Workflow management, Hosting on a cloud platform.11. Implement Odoo ERP for different client verticals- Design/Configure/Customize/Integrate/Test/Deploy Odoo System based on client requirements & project scope by meeting the project deadlines.12. Design and develop Odoo Products (new module development & customization).13. Design and develop integrated Odoo application using proper convention and design standards.14. Develop solutions for our clients from many different industries, sectors, and company sizes.15. Customize and maintain existing modules of the Odoo ERP and develop new workflows.Addition Desired Skillset1. Mentor the team members, Talent management, & knowledge management.2. Preferably lead the team of developers (depends on the profile you hired for).3. Candidate should have good communication skills.4. Candidate should be confident and dynamic in nature.5. Candidate should have a good personality.6. Candidate should be a go-getter & self-motivator.7. Good to have experience in HTML and CSS8. Expert in different versions of Odoo9.
