Project Management/Relativity & RelOne experience including:
– Work directly with Intrepid Discoverys Clients – law firms and corporate – through emails/ calls, to develop understanding of their requirements and objectives; and percolating those needs to the internal EDD teamConvert Client requirements into processing and production specifications for EDD team as per Client’s requirements
All processing will be done in RelativityDevelop workflows with adherence to assignments and deadlinesReviewing specs and preparing production exports based on project requirements
Troubleshooting technical concerns faced by Intrepid ClientsSetting up new users in Relativity and sending credentials emailsMange users and access related tasksCreate and manage casesCoordinating with the EDD team for third-party production downloadRunning searchesQC loads and sending release report to client
Provide ongoing status reports to the client at the project level
Experience troubleshooting Relativity system issuesExperience in a vendor environment
Job Location: IOTA Analytics Pvt. Ltd. C-138, Phase-8, Industrial Area, Mohali.
Skills Required:Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (BCA, MCA, BSc. IT, B. Tech CSE)Flexible in rotational shifts
Strong verbal and written communication skills (experience in communicating with law firms & corporate teams)Able to work under pressure and can handle multiple detailed tasksExperienced in Relativity and RelOneHas processed data through all processes of eDiscovery (Processing, Loading, Hosting and Production)Must be team-oriented and able to share information and goals
