Job Description : An energetic and organised apprentice is required to fulfil the position for PA to the Directors and Finance Admin Apprentice for an international human rights organisation. The right person will already have a keen eye and ability in Mathematics and working with numbers. The organisation boasts a warm and approachable team which is open to all.What will the apprentice be doing?*In combination with the apprenticeship training at the college, the apprentice will be working across a number of areas including:Diary management for DirectorsResponding to emailsActing as front of house receptionOrdering and stock-takingPayrollBook-keepingGeneral AdminWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?The apprentice will be undertaking formal training at the college and in house they will work with the Director and with the Lead Accountant to build up their skills and abilities.The Apprentice will be working towards a level 3 in Financial Services AdministratorWhat is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?Should the apprenticeship go well, a full time position awaits!
