We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Palliative Care Nurse to join our dedicated team working across the community of North Derbyshire. You will be joining an innovative and forward-thinking Specialist Palliative Care Team contributing to the delivery of high quality, compassionate and values-based care to patients and their families.
We are looking for a nurse who has experience working with palliative care patients and who is motivated to develop their skills and knowledge in this area. The successful applicants will be supported in achieving this as part of Ashgate Hospice’s Learning and Development competency-based programme and where necessary through the completion of relevant academic qualifications.
