SEN Learning Support Assistant Opportunity to start as soon as possible
Cuddington Croft Primary School is looking to appoint a part time Learning Support Assistant to support a child with identified Special Educational Needs. This role is offered on a fixed time basis, working term time only and currently to finish in July 2022 (with potential for extension).
Due to the nature of this new role we can consider suitable candidates who want to work part time up to 30 hours per week.
Your Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about pupil welfare and has the ability to make a difference to the learning journey of a child. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the behaviour, communication, social and emotional development of the child and actively assist our Teachers and Inclusion Leader with supporting the child within and outside the classroom.

You will be a valued member of our Inclusion Team – a team of dynamic and dedicated individuals, aspiring to improve the educational outcomes of children in their care.

We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at, as training will be provided and you will be supported by a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. However, if you have experience with EHCP / SEN requirements and more specifically working with children who require additional support with speech and language and ASD we would very much like to hear from you!

Experienced in working with young children with SEN requirementsExperienced in how to observe and assess progression and attainment.
