Job Description : Patient Relation Officer is a person who create a bridge between hospital and patient. Their work requires them to keep patients’ rights in mind, and they act as patient advocates. As part of their work, patient relations representatives answer patients’ questions and explain the hospital’s policies and procedures to them.Patient relations representatives act as mediators; they respond to patients’ complaints and ensure that they are provided with a positive experience while they are being treated.Patient Relations Representative Job Description Ensure coordination of communication between patients and families and medical staffProvide patients and families with information on hospital services, procedures, and protocolsInterview patients or families to determine the nature of care needed and direct them to the concerned health care providersRespond to patient inquiries regarding physicians and servicesAnalyze and interpret patient account data and facilitate paymentsPost patient demographic and financial entries into the predefined hospital databaseRespond to patients’ complaints regarding hospital services and ensure that concerns are handled properlyTeach patients to use healthcare equipment on their own or in a home environmentAssist patients with problems associated with hospital registration and admissionTo visit patients to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied with the services provided. Also prepares a daily report on the rounds carried and submits it to the HR Manager.To know the number of patients, new admissions, night problems, if any.To update admission and discharge register.To meet patient and ensure proper services from all the departments, submit department report to HR Manager.To inform concerned support staff to resolve patient complaints.To follow up pending investigation and give full support to OPD patients for all investigation.To receive and file investigation reports.To ensure Clearance from billing.To follow up referrals and doctor’s visits.To inform admission counter about all transfer in / out.Provide feedback to patients and families regarding their concerns and complaints.Suggest improvements to present hospital systems in a bid to make the system more workable.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)same field: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English and Hindi (Preferred)License/Certification:Degree (Preferred)Application Deadline: 21/02/2022
