Payroll Clerk / Bookkeeper
Do you have experience within payroll? Are you looking for your next challenge?
Our client is an independent, firm of Chartered Accountants based in Rugby, Warwickshire
They are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to prepare the weekly/monthly payroll for Clients within their payroll bureau.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk to include:-
Dealing with RTI submissions
Uploading Pensions and other auto enrolment duties for Clients
Producing P45’s/P60’s and other relevant forms
Accurate control of the Sales and Purchase ledgers, bank controls
All aspects of V.A.T. and associated duties for clients
You must have a good telephone manner with good working knowledge Excel. You will be of a smart appearance and willing to work in the best interest of clients at all times.

Previous payroll & Excel experience is essential and knowledge of IRIS payroll software would be an advantage.

You must have experience with Sage 50.
