Experience with BPM implementation methodology like SmartBPM, Scrum and onshore-offshore mode.Experience with client facing management role at onsite/offshoreExperience with estimationExperience with project planning, scheduling, risks/issues identification,Experience in business development activities like proposal response, solution building, client presentationStrong leadership and people management skill
Nice to HaveKnowledge on DSM, mobile FrameworkExperience with App-server configurations, deployment in complex technical environmentPMP/Prince II certification
