Job Description : Key skill: Excellent organization and time managementRoles and responsibiliities : Manage, maintain and update the Directors diary in a daily, weekly and monthly format.Scheduling and coordinating internal & external meetings.MOM of every meeting to be made and recorded.Scheduling travel & accommodation and all appointments in an effective manner.Maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Director.Keeping the Companies Record and to maintain the Statutory Registers as required by the Companies Act, 2013.To represent the Company in front of various Regulators and Government Departments.To be a liaison between the Company and the Stakeholders.To do all such duties as assigned by the Director.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Personal assistant: 2 years (Required)total work: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
