Job Description : Ref JB3Personal Assistant in care – £10 P/H – Up to 36.5 hours per week ( one or two positions depending on applicants ) – Standish Area – incentive payment on completion of probationary periodAre you are looking for a role where you can be creative, empowering and learn new skills ?The employer we are supporting to recruit is a fun loving woman in her mid twenties. She has an existing team of skilled, friendly and committed personal assistants, who will ensure that any new starter feels confident in the role. This will be achieved by shadowing the current personal assistants, receiving all necessary training and having access to ongoing support from colleagues and the employer’s family.To live an independent and full life the employer requires assistance with many aspects of her daily routine. This includes accessing the community, fulfilling sensory needs and assistance with personal care.The employer is happy to have an initial informal discussion about this role, working hours and shift patterns. This role does require a personal assistant with access to a car and a full clean UK drivers licence. The employer does also use a wheelchair on occasion so you must have the ability to push.The salary for this role is competitive, offering the right person £10 per hour. There are up to 36.5 hours a week available. This could comprise of one role , or two positions depending on applicants.
