Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator to join our team in Willand.
The hours of work and shift patterns are: 04:45 – 12:45, Monday to Friday and every other weekend
Main Responsibilities

As a Planning Coordinator you are a key part of the team that ensures the smooth coordination of production on site. You will coordinate the flow of work and materials across departments to ensure production remains on time and in line with our customer’s orders.
On a day to day basis you will create the daily plan and schedule for multiple production plans within the factory. You will work closely with other departments such as purchasing & warehouse to improve the management of systems and processes on site.
You will also be responsible for undertaking stock takes and investigating any discrepancies.
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Planning Coordinator would have strong communication skills and will be confident liaising with various departments across the organisation.
You will be a logical thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills and the ability to understand how new developments can impact production plans.
You will have excellent MS Excel skills and will have experience creating, maintaining and updating spreadsheets. This would suit a candidate who has perhaps worked in manufacturing or production before and is looking for a new challenge where they can use their knowledge to ensure our orders are completed on time.

Steeped in history this site is located on Lloyd Maunder road, which is easily accessed by the M5 or local bus routes. Willand has been part of 2 Sisters since 2008.
