Job Description : PQA Lancaster is set to launch in May 2022!PQA, the new generation of weekend drama schools set up by actress Pauline Quirke, are currently recruiting a Musical Theatre teacher for the academy in Lancaster.Brilliant, inspirational, and energetic, you will instil your passion for the performing arts into the hearts and minds of the young people who attend our academies.Applicants should have experience both in professional performing arts, and working with children and young people aged 4-18PQA offers an attractive rate of pay (dependent on experience) and unrivaled support. We are recruiting confident performing arts teachers for our younger years class of 4-5 year olds.PQA’s Poppets class is for the younger students in our academy (4-6) where we provide a full performing arts experience. Lessons will include acting, singing and dancing with a focus on imagination and developing skills.You should already have or be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and Safeguarding Training.PQA runs 44 weeks per year.Position to run 1.5 hours every Saturday morning with the opportunity to add more hours in the future.Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, GraduateSalary: From £20.00 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingSchedule:Weekend availabilityExperience:teaching: 1 year (preferred)Application deadline: 09/04/2022Reference ID: Poppets teacher
