Job Description : OVERVIEW (NIGHT SHIFT)As a PPC (Pay Per Click) Manager, you will be responsible to plan & exectue search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google,Bing. For this position, you should be extremely good with numbers and have great analytical skills.Your main objective should be to ensure that our PPC ads and promotion endeavors have the most astounding return on investment (ROI.)We truly believe that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right candidate – a chance to work with an aspirational brand and a product that is loved by everyone the world over.We hope you are as excited as we are about the future at Black Rock Digital and can’t wait to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesStrategize the campaign optimization activities across multiple advertising engines (Search, Display) for 20-30 clients,You would be responsible for managing multiple clients ranging in budgets, with many hovering around $50,000 per month. Previous experience managing similar budgets is preferred.Developing near and long-term PPC account strategies and roadmapsKeyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of ad copy, review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaignsGrowing departmental revenue and budget under managementMonitor and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basisDrive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the team and top executivesStay current with new advances in online marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword researchRequirementsBA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.6-9 years of experience strategizing paid search engine marketing campaignsExperience with strategizing clients paid accounts & social media (Google, Bing)Expert in Goal and conversion trackingStrong Auditing skills (analytical, data visualization and reporting)Expertise in Automation ToolsExperience with behavioral targeting/remarketing campaignsPrevious experience must be with an online marketing agency is an assetProven 6-9 years of experience as a PPC Specialist.Professional certification in Google Ads will be preferred.Experience with digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerOutstanding knowledge of analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.Understanding HTML and XML will be an added benefit.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Excellent problem solving and networking skills.Strong work ethics.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From ₹900,000.00 per yearSchedule:Night shiftExperience:Google AdWords: 4 years (Preferred)Google Tag Manager: 4 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)
