Job Description : Looking for a passionate pre school dance teacher!Who we are: We are a busy preschool dance school providing classes from 18months – 8 years old across South West London.At The Little Dance Academy we aim to inspire our dancers in a nurturing environment creating a warm community where children can grow and learn through the art of dance. We provide imaginative classes with an emphasis on fun and aim to foster a love of dance in all of our students.Who you are: We are looking for someone with a warm and caring nature who believes in creating a positive and happy dance community where every child matters.You consider yourself: Creative and passionate! You are passionate about dance, sparkles, magic and all things The Nutcracker!Bubbly and imaginative! You have bundles of patience, energy and confidence to deliver our lesson plans and a willingness to learn!Fun & playful! You don’t take yourself too seriously and can fly around the room like a butterfly or stomp around like a dinosaur with ease!Classes available: Parent & Me Ballet (18m-3y)Baby Ballet (3&4y)Reception Ballet (4&5y)All lesson plans, music and props will be provided as well as full training.We are looking for teachers to start training immediately and begin teaching after the school holidays. The hours initially required are: Saturday 9:00-11:45 in Queen’s Park (Parent & Me, Baby Ballet, Reception Ballet)More hours will be available in the future for the right person . We could also offer more work through Birthday Parties, holiday camps and cover work.Availability: The ideal person would be keen to have ongoing involvement in our studio and will be looking for a long term role.
