Team
You will be joining a dynamic team of innovators and self-starters in the Pricing and Licensing Operations team. Our team owns the pricing and packaging implementation for all the company’s products as part of the broader Pricing team.
Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Pricing Strategy, you provide pricing analytic support for company-wide pricing decisions. You will partner with business intelligence, sales operations, finance, and marketing to develop analysis related to specific focus areas. Examples of the type of work will include developing performance scorecards, performing sensitivity analysis, deriving pricing insights, and providing ad-hoc analysis.
What you get to do in this role:
Responsible for maintaining training curriculum in the company’s Sales Portal so sellers have access to the most current pricing and packaging information on our offerings
Key member of the team that innovates new sales training delivery methods in a standard and consistent manner that aligns with our overall pricing and packaging strategy.
Participate, influence and drive cross-functional projects that impact pricing strategy.
Be responsible for delivering performance scorecards and analytics on a regular cadence
Take detailed analytics and participate in drawing conclusions from the analysis and providing insight and perspective the business overall
Present insights to senior leaders of the company to drive actions
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
5+ Years of operational and/or process experience in a technology firm
3+ Years of in-depth understanding of data analysis and statistics (ideally with a pricing focus)
Effective influencing and communication skills and highly effective in securing cross-functional buy-in from senior executives and leaders across the business
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with excellent academic record. Degree in technical field preferred
Experience with Tableau, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint, SAP CPQ (Callidus) is a plus.

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
