Key Responsibilities
Collaborate & Co-ordinate with App teams everything that can be monitor through Dynatrace dashboards Essential Requirements • Must Have Dynatrace deeper & advanced understanding • Strong Observability Tools advanced understanding (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus,…) • Strong Cybersecurity knowledge (Kernel Version, Java, Weblogic, Tomcat) • Experience with working in Enterprise systems (Oracle EBS, Sabrix etc). • Strong software engineering skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Linux Shell Scripting and python scripting experience • Working experience on Cloud Preferred – Pivotal Cloud foundry, Agile Methodology and Version Control systems [GITLab, JIRA or TFS] • Networks Fundamentals TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, Troubleshooting Desirable Requirements 1. Experience in troubleshooting application issues 2. Domain/Enterprise Architecture knowledge is preferable 3. One Source Indirect Tax Determination or Oracle EBS Basic Knowledge. 4. Self-motivated, approachable, and adaptable and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English is a must 5.Strong Debugging, problem solving and RCA skills. 6. Automation Tools understanding (Ansible, RunDeck, Docker, Phyton,…) Roles and Responsibilities
