Job Description : Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of process training on all aspects of client training To prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards Provide Coaching & Feedback and supervision during OJT (0 to 30 days performance). Providing refresher session and on floor updates. Develop non-classroom communication and training materials for e.g. handout, ppt etc. Participate in calibration of Trainers, QAs and Voice Coaches within the team. Ensuring completion of the key activities to be conducted post completion of the Training Program Understanding customer requirements about leisure or business stay. Accordingly providing information of hotel & room category. Providing total billing information. Arranging all requirements, from welcoming till exit of customer.The candidate should have atleast 2 years of experience in process training1 yr of experience in inbound call centre or banking processThe candidate should have all the relevant documents of the previous and current employersImmediate joiningJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹33,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Training & development: 3 years (Required)BPO: 3 years (Required)Language:English and a local Language (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
