What you’ll bring
1 to 4 years of designing and delivering world-class software products in a ProductManagement role
Deep customer empathy and curiosity
Experience building mid-market experiences, leveraging data integrations, AI/ML andindustry best practices
Passion for identifying and solving problems (the big ones and small ones)
A design-thinking mindset, with a bias for action
Track record of prioritizing, communicating and influencing other teams and stakeholders
Effective team leader and mentor who drives and creates an environment of innovation
Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset; extensive AB testingexperience
Great track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to define, build, andmaintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, science, math, data ora related discipline required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
How you will lead
Work with a team of talented team of marketers, designers, engineers, analysts and datascientists to lead products across Financial Planning, Business Intelligence and CashFlow Forecasting for QuickBooks Online Advanced.
Be an industry expert in the mid-market landscape, with deep knowledge of capabilities,technologies and needs of mid-market customers.
Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customerexpectations
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
Introduce, connect and drive concepts that grow and transform the QuickBooks Advanceexperience to be the source for business insights, performance and decision making.
Drive game-changing customer growth around the world by connecting mid-marketbusiness needs with the right features and services
