Summary
Do you love problem solving and thinking beyond an obvious solution? Do you thrive in ambiguity and teams where little direction should fuel your creativity? We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Product Manager to define and drive the online retail programs for the Japan market.

In this role, you will collaborate with design, engineering, business and operational teams to deliver the one-of-a-kind commerce experiences that customers expect. This role will challenge you to draw on your sense of user experience, business understanding, and technical fluency to deliver experiences that both delight customers and have a direct impact on the company’s success.

Key Qualifications
5 + years of experience driving consumer digital or e-commerce experiences
Experience working with wireless carriers
Ability to comfortably facilitate meetings and calls on project requirements/planning/problem solving in fluent English and Japanese as the meeting will be in a global setting and attended by colleagues based in Japan
Passionate about customer experience with ability to educate and inspire designers and engineers
Possess strong decision-making and prioritization skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to action
Ability to work independently while anticipating and resolving problems
Have insights into interactive design and development standards for both wen-based and native app experiences
Leadership and communication skills with experience motivating and mentoring teams
Ability to dive into details on technical solutions and operational processes
Business proficiency (written and spoken) in Japanese (Min. JLPT N2 or equivalent certifications) to communicate with non-English speaking colleagues based in Japan pertaining to facilitate planning & problem-solving sessions
