We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Snap Inc! As a leader on the Minis Platform PM team, you will drive the future of our developer experience by ensuring it has the functionality necessary to empower the global developer community to build delightful experiences for Snapchatters. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, partnerships and external partners to build the best tools and products to help our partners develop the best Minis possible.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with engineering and design to develop developer tools and products that allow them to create the best possible Snap Minis, at scale
Define the business goals, create and manage a feature backlog, and drive a long-term vision and roadmap for how Snap Minis are designed, built, managed and updated.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, user research and other product teams to explore patterns and trends and identify new opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities for our Minis Platform
Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations, both tactically and strategically based on qualitative research and quantitative results
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of product management experience at an internet, mobile app, developer platform or gaming-focused company
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, science, mathematics, or other technical field or equivalent experience
Extraordinary communication skills and experience presenting complex topics to broad audiences
Deep knowledge of 1 or more verticals in the app industry, trends and business model evolution
Experience building developer-focused products and services
Experience with HTML5, cloud developer services, mobile gaming, and javascript development is a plus
Ability to execute with limited oversight and guidance
Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analysis
Comfort in managing ambiguity
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
