Job Description : EcoStruxure Power-Tendering & Pre-Sales Support – Digital Power India
Mission:
To help End customers accelerate their journey of Digitalization of Electrical Distribution System through combined value proposition of One SE Connect offers with Edge Control, App, Analytics and Services layers. To populate and saturate Go To Market through Critical Power EcoXpert Channels and Direct Execution mode.
The role shall report to the DPAC- Customer Projects and Services Leader at India
Key responsibilities include:
Tendering & Pre-Sales Support Manager for EcoStruxure Power encompassing Edge Control & AI layers ( Power Monitoring Expert, Power Operations, Facility Expert, Power Advisor, PowerTag & Gateways) coupled with Power Products (ACB, CCB), H&D, Secure Power and Industrial Automation Offers
Drive Profitable growth for Digital Power Organization through efficient and optimized offers for EcoStruxure Power
Maintain TAT (Turn Around Time) of the Offers from time of necessary inputs submission from Front Office Sales/BD or Segments team
Ensure Quality of Offer in line with customer requirement through detailed study of Tender Documents
Regular Won/Loss/ Open analysis of Quoted offers along with Sales/ BD/ Tech Marketing & Segments team & analyse Root Cause
Provide feedback to Country Offer Marketing, Line of Business Product Management and CoE Expert teams on developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering
Track the pipeline of opportunities to support and ensures proper customer project process is followed.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics & Communications engg
Proven Tendering/ Pre-Sales Support or Business development or Product Marketing experience of more than 3 years preferably with a knowledge of Connected offer and Edge Control layer
Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system
Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage
Digital Mindset with Passion for driving Digitalization of Electrical System
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organisation
Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills
Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local & Global teams
Experience of sales management tools and processes are an asset
Fluent in English
