Job Description : Prepare overall project plan for customers/internal major improvement initiatives.Sprint plan for customers/internal activities twice in a month.Update the sprint plan status on periodic basis.Ensure that each team has the approved plan it needs to meet project milestonesConduct stand ups of the teams involved.Create/change/update project schedules that include efforts estimates and correct time plan needs to be submitted to managementAssist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company managementWork with project development, project implementation teams, report updates on tasks on daily basis and monitor whether corrections are implemented in given time.Build rapport with project teams by cultivating relationships between each team and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire projectReport to Head of Technology about project status in pre-decided format.Implement the corrective plan decided in the meeting with Head of technology.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Technical Project & Program Managers: 2 years (Required)
